THREE NEIGHBORHOODS WITH ONE SHARED VISION
Innovative manufacturing, design and production businesses. More jobs for local residents. Safer, walkable and diverse communities. Support for local business growth and success.
The Northeast Mission, Showplace Square and the Central Waterfront are at the heart of San Francisco’s light industrial core and, with support, have the potential to provide a thriving economic base for the City.
We are a grassroots coalition of residents, small business owners and commercial property owners that share this vision and we believe you do, too.
We love our neighborhoods for their mix of artisanal manufacturing and design businesses with residences, mom and pop stores, coffee shops and non-profits. We want to create support structures to ensure that our neighborhoods grow and thrive now and in the future and continue to provide inviting space for productive businesses.
To realize this vision, we have been exploring the creation of a Community Benefits District (CBD). We have conducted a public survey of people in our neighborhoods and spent many hours talking with our fellow residents, business owners and property owners. We invite you to join us in moving from vision to reality as, based on what we have learned, we move to the next phase of developing the PACE-SF CBD in our neighborhoods.
